The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Regulation of State Property Administration)

The Bill (Reg. No.4060) regulates "discrepancies concerning the objects of State property and increases efficiency of State property administration".

Thus, the Bill offers a definition of economic structures subjects of State property objects administration; specifies the authorities of the subjects of administration the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, authorized administration bodies, the State Property Fund.
